I’ve been working towards a collection of paintings that deal with my interest and involvement in the scooter scene in Northern England around the early to late eighties.

These images spark very fond memories for me of those good times.
Vespas and Lambrettas, Knesborough and York warm up meetings and the likes of Scarborough and Morecambe Scooter Rallies.

This is a site dedicated to classic scooters and the sounds associated with them.

Drawers was a co-production between the IGI and the people at South Studios – a small visual arts business complex based in Dublin. The show featured 14 IGI members and the rest were designers, photographers, architects and a fashion stylist.

The idea behind the show was that everyone received a small chest of drawers which they then customised/painted/whatever way they chose.
