I just heard that a cover featuring my illustration won Magazines Ireland Cover of the Year Award 2017 at the awards ceremony the other night.
This features in tonights exhibition that opens in the Ranelagh Arts Centre. A piece I did for the 1916 Rising Centenary. The top panel is a Scraperboard portrait of James Connolly. Arrived back from a week in Donegal to hear I got this accepted in to this years RHA annual exhibition.
Just heard that the World Illustration Awards has been featured in the art and design section of The Guardian. As one of the winners from the awards my work is currently being displayed on their webpage>> #WIA2016

The awards are organised by the Association of Illustrators & The Directory of Illustrators.
This year there were in total 2200 applications from 66 countries. So a truely international competition.
